Wellness and Breathwork

As a certified Holistic Coach I help clients work toward creating balance and well-being across all holistics levels and reach toward realizing and actualizing their full potential. The 4 levels of holistic well being include: Mental, Emotional, spiritual and physical. Holistic well-being helps create greater awareness of “the whole person” which supports us inwardly aligning with our outer goals.

Neurodynamic Breathwork is a powerful and transformational breathwork method that, through sound, movement and deeper breathing allows most participants to access the innate drive towards wholeness and integration that is available in the deeper levels of their psyche to create a personalized transformational experience for themselves. Many clients have expressed over a series of sessions that this breathwork has lead to breakthrough experiences which allow them to feel more connected to others and themselves, to have more clarity regarding their purpose in life, to unleash their creativity, to be more fully engaged in life and/or to be more fully self-expressed.
